Andrew holds a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) degree, and has over 18 years of experience as a prosecutor in New York State. Andrew has personally handled quite a few high-profile cases, both as prosecutor as well as a defense lawyer. He has represented over 100 New York firms in various litigations, an has only lost once, throughout his entire career. It wasn’t his fault, the guy was clearly guilty.
Robert might look like a sweet old man, but when he puts on the famous litigation suit, he becomes a cunning lion. You really want a guy like Robert on your team. Finding loop holes and loose ends is what has made Robert famous in the New York district and beyond as one of the shrudest, most highly skilled lawyer in the business. Kim grew up in the Twin Cities area where she continues to reside. She has over 15 years of experience across a variety of property management settings–multifamily housing, market rate, supportive and affordable. Her roles have ranged from property manager to marketing director to portfolio director. She joined Lowry Hill Property Management in August 2022 as the Property Management Director.
Kim’s educational background includes a BS in Public Relations – Mass Communications, a BA in Psychology – Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology.
In her free time, she enjoys volleyball, golf, and lawn games, reading crime and mystery novels, playing card and board games, and riding an emotional rollercoaster while watching the Minnesota Vikings with her husband and two boys.
Garrett grew up in the Twin Cities area and has been successful in a variety of roles in his time with Lowry Hill. He has experience as both a leasing agent and property manager, and most recently has shifted to Lowry Hill’s portfolio manager. Garrett plays a vital role in overseeing the operational aspects of Lowry Hill’s properties.
When he is not working, Garrett enjoys watching sports, playing golf and spending time with family and friends. Garrett is newly married and enjoys spending time with his wife and his dog, Kodak.
Caleb grew up in the Twin Cities area and resides there today after spending time in other areas of the country. He has years of property management experience as both a leasing agent and property manager. Caleb currently plays an instrumental role in overseeing all aspects of leasing and marketing for Lowry Hill’s portfolio as the leasing manager.
He enjoys watching sports, camping, and spending time with his family and friends.
Landon grew up on a farm in Iowa. He has always had a passion for building, repairing and problem-solving. He earned his Building Trades Diploma and an AAS in Industrial Technology from North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC).
Landon made his way to The Cities five years ago and has been a leader in the maintenance department for Lowry Hill since day one. He lives in a farmhouse in Dayton with his wife and two dogs.
When he is not working, Garrett enjoys watching sports, playing golf and spending time with family and friends. Garrett is newly married and enjoys spending time with his wife and his dog, Kodak.
Dan was born in and currently resides in Minneapolis with his wife and two dogs – Finn and Zeke. He attended Clemson University in South Carolina and The School of Business and Economics at University of Minnesota – Duluth.
Prior to bringing his skills to the maintenance team at Lowry Hill, Dan spent five years as an electrician. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf, softball, and hockey.
Brodie is the newest member of the Lowry Hill team, joining in 2022. He works in our maintenance department providing quality service to our residents. Brodie grew up in the Twin Cities with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys health and fitness as well as riding his motorcycle.
